Refund & Return Policy

At Keerthi Fashion Store, we take utmost care in packing and shipping your products. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, we do offer a return or refund under the following strict condition:

✅ Return / Refund Eligibility:

• Only damaged items are eligible for return or refund.

• A clear unboxing video (from start to end without any cuts) is mandatory as proof.

• The unboxing video must show the parcel being opened for the first time.

• Also send photos of the damaged item along with the video.

• Send the proof to our WhatsApp number: 6383202445 within 24 hours of delivery.

❌ Not Eligible:

• No return or refund for size issues, change of mind, or liking.

• No claims accepted without a proper unboxing video.
